Hello and welcome to the Shipping and Delivery Information page! Here you can get acquainted with useful information on terms and conditions of our goods delivery.
You can purchase your items online and pick them up at our street store, or ship them directly to your doorstep. Shipping is free on some orders. We use the best carriers in the business to make sure your order gets to you on time. From the Secure Checkout page you'll see your item description, price and delivery timing. Where available, you can also choose a faster delivery method for each item on your order, for an additional fee. Delivery times vary according to your selected delivery address, availability of your items and the time of day you place your order.
Free Delivery
Free two-day shipping is available on in-stock items. You can see in your bag if your item is in stock. Free two-day shipping is not available on customized, engraved products, and for certain order types, including orders paid for with financing or by bank transfer. To get free two-day shipping, you will need to place your order by 5pm, Monday to Friday. For instance, if you order your goods before 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday we will deliver them in two business days.
Delivery Notice
Customer can choose either self-collection or delivery option for the purchased products. We, TECH ARMORY, uses only carefully selected and reliable logistic partner, such as GD Express, Ta-Q-Bin, Yamato Transport and FreightMark. Delivery charge is applicable under normal purchase, based on the type, dimension and weight of the purchased products. Customer is responsible to provide accurate shipping details in order to complete the delivery. Customer will be solely responsible for any missing items, accessories upon delivery of parcel. We will not be responsible for any missing items, goods, product during the transit of delivery. Shipping Insurance is available only on special request & customer will be charged 3% of items total value. Under normal circumstances, purchased products will be shipped out the next working day upon received full payment from customer. For customer within Peninsular Malaysia, it takes around 1-3 working days for courier delivery. For East Malaysia customer, it takes around 2-4 working days for courier delivery, while 3-4 weeks for sea freight shipment. Self-Pickup option is available for customers who wish to order and collect at our shop located in Subang Jaya SS15 without shipping charges. Do take note that we will contact you when your order is available for pick up. Do wait for our confirmation first before coming over to collect the goods or you may call the number below to enquire first. But please be aware that we do not recommend customer to self-collect bulky and heavy item directly from our store, such as DX RACER chair. We will directly ship out the item from our logistic center directly to your doorstep.
